Working Mama

Back to work I went last Tuesday...nothing like being back amongst the working people. I have to admit, I rather enjoyed being part of the world of Corporate America! And this is a Grade A company too. They fed me and it was quality food (except for the fruit).

Highlight of the work week: Winning $120 for my table during a class excerise in training,...now that's what I'm talking about!

Low of the work week: A tie for the #1 spot - 1. Having to lock myself in the handicap bathroom for 15 minutes each day while I pumped milk during our lunch break...u gotta do what u gotta do
2. The hour long drive to work and the hour long drive home (if I'm lucky)

Funny moment of the work week: Imagine this, a young single guy (mid-20's), just closed a deal (sold a new home) and feeling pretty good about himself, decides to get himself a nice cool, refreshing drink from the fridge in the breakroom. As he opens the fridge to grab his soda, there are 2 bottles of breastmilk right there in the front. Tasty! Still thristy?

Back to work on Monday I go!
